Meet Hike Leaders Alison and Bob Gagnon 610-547-0034, robertgagnon@verizon.net, for a day hike on Section 1B of the Appalachian Trail in NJ and Pennsylvania. The hike is from the Kittatinney Point Visitors Center parking lot, NJ, to the Fox Gap Trailhead. This will be a shuttle hike.
Location: meet at the Fox Gap Trailhead at 8:30 AM for shuttle to the Kittatinney Point, NJ, Visitors Center parking lot.
Directions: We will meet at 8:00 AM at the Appalachian Trail, Fox Gap Parking Area, PA-191, Bangor, PA 18013. GPS coordinates 40.9355, -75.1970. We will shuttle from there to the Kittatinney Point Visitors Center parking lot, Old Mine Road, Columbia, NJ.
Carpool: those interested in carpooling, meet at 7:00 AM at Gateway Shopping Center, Swedesford Road, Wayne, outside of the Starbucks.
