Keystone Hiking & Outdoor Weekend

Registration is now open for Keystone Trails Association's Keystone Hiking and Outdoor Weekend (KHOW), which will be held October 18-20, 2024, in York and Lancaster counties! This is an exciting spin on the traditional Fall Hiking Weekend.

KHOW allows visitors and residents to explore PA's beautiful and unique Susquehanna Riverlands. This region is one of eight conservation landscapes identified by PA's Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

Throughout the weekend, KTA staff and program partners will be present at Columbia Crossing River Trails Center (an approximate 45 minute drive from events and camping held at Susquehannock State Park during this event.) If you want to connect with staff, or are trying to figure out a central location to meet up with your KTA friends who are doing different activities, this is an ideal location. The address is: 41 Walnut Street, Columbia, PA 17512. Please note, as this event is spread throughout two counties and does not have a central point for everyone to depart from each day, food is not provided.

This event is open to the public, and we anticipate many people attending their first-ever KTA event. We hope that you'll sign up for numerous events and that you connect with friends and newcomers alike.

Please note, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 3, 2024. Registration closes on October 3, 2024. Registration is required in advance and includes access to over 50 event programs and event keepsakes. Program partners will reach out to participants a week before the event to answer any specific questions related to their activity.

Details and registration information can be found here.
